Common questions
How do I change language?
Use the ENG / 中文 button on the Home screen.
Where is my progress stored?
Your profile and progress remain locally on the device. Deleting the app also deletes this local information.
The 3D body is not visible.
Close and reopen the 3D screen. If the problem continues, restart the app and make sure iOS is up to date.
Is this medical advice?
No. Sugar Reset is a general wellness-education tool and is not a substitute for professional medical care.
